Beijing, October 15, 2025 – In a significant step to deepen BRICS cooperation and advance global sustainable development, a landmark partnership has been formally established. At the invitation of Easybest Group Co., Ltd., a Brazilian delegation comprising government representatives Mr. Pedro and Ms. Sônia, along with Mr. Francisco, CEO of Brazilian TY Bank, arrived in Beijing on October 2, 2025, for an official visit. The delegation was warmly welcomed by the Chairman Mr. Edward Lou of Easybest Group and his core team.

The central focus of the discussions was the joint establishment of the China-Brazil Sustainable Agricultural Industry Fund. The fund has already secured R$1.5 billion in anchor funding from the Brazilian government, entrusted to Banco da Amazônia S.A. for custody. Brazil invited Easybest Group to act as the fund manager in China to raise matching capital, jointly forming a bilateral fund with a total scale of R$3 billion (approximately RMB 5 billion).

The fund will directly invest in modern agricultural projects in Brazil. Brazil will provide over 3,000 hectares of land for the introduction and application of advanced Chinese technologies, including soil remediation, bio-fertilizers, seed breeding, and intelligent agricultural machinery. It will focus on enhancing the cultivation of soybeans, corn, sugarcane, and the farming efficiency of cattle and poultry. The initiative aims to tangibly improve local agricultural practices, boost yield, and promote sustainability through Chinese technology.

As the Chinese Joint Operating Partner for the fund, Easybest Group will not only be responsible for capital raising and management but will also integrate and lead outstanding Chinese agricultural industrial chain enterprises to expand overseas. This effort will introduce Chinese technology, equipment, and standards to Brazil, achieving integrated cooperation across the entire industry chain, from farm to table.

Following two weeks of in-depth inspections and multiple rounds of negotiations, the two parties formally signed the cooperation agreement on October 15, 2025. Easybest Group was officially designated as the Joint Operating Partner for the project in China, with full responsibility for all related affairs in the region. This collaboration received significant attention from the Brazilian side. Official Brazilian media provided extensive coverage of the signing ceremony, and the Central Bank of Brazil sent a special congratulatory message, expressing its warm congratulations and high expectations for the successful launch of the project.
