Easybest Group signs a bilateral cooperation fund worth 2.1 billion Brazilian BRLs
On November 4, 2025, the special event of the 2025 Empowering the Future Enabling Global Business “Wisdom Enlightens the Future and Helps Enterprises Go to Sea – High quality Co construction of the Belt and Road” and the signing ceremony of China Pakistan Sustainable Development Agricultural Industry Fund Cooperation were held in Beijing. Lou Ruibiao, Chairman of Easybest Group, attended the event and signed a cooperation agreement with NOVAS SOLUCOES URBANAS S/A from Brazil to jointly launch the “China Pakistan Sustainable Development Agricultural Industry Fund”.
The cooperative fund has received support from the Brazilian government’s guidance fund of 1.5 billion Brazilian BRLs and is managed by TY Bank in Brazil. As the Chinese manager of the fund, Easybest Group will raise funds on an equal footing, ultimately forming a cooperative fund with a total scale of 2.1 billion Brazilian BRLs, focusing on resource integration and project implementation in the field of sustainable agriculture between China and Pakistan, injecting financial impetus into the deep cooperation of the two countries’ agricultural industries.
This special event is hosted by the Beijing Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, which deeply implements General Secretary Xi Jinping‘s important discourse on jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative and overseas Chinese affairs, the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and the deployment of the China Overseas Chinese Federation’s “Overseas Chinese Assistance to Thousand Enterprises and Ten Thousand Products Going Global” action plan. It promotes the formation of a systematic, platform based, and institutionalized practice system for “Overseas Chinese Assistance to Going Global” in the capital, closely follows the functional positioning of Beijing’s “four centers”, focuses on the core needs of enterprises going global, and aims to create a high-end and pragmatic empowerment platform, build a think tank, launch platform, and connector for “Beijing Service” to support enterprises going global.
The 2025 Capital Overseas Chinese Intelligence Development Conference serves as an important bridge connecting China’s economic and trade exchanges with the world, providing a high-end platform for overseas talents to leverage their advantages and assist enterprises in going global. The signing of the China Pakistan Cooperation Fund is not only a vivid practice of the action of “overseas Chinese helping thousands of enterprises and thousands of products go to sea”, but also a valuable opportunity for Chinese enterprises to participate in industrial cooperation in countries along the “the Belt and Road”.
