On May 10, 2026, Lou Ruibiao, Chairman of Technobell (Beijing) New Material Technology Service Co., Ltd., accompanied Luka Dolenc, CEO of Technobell d.o.o. from Slovenia, on a visit to Tianjin Bohai Chemical Co., Ltd. A focused business symposium was held with the company’s senior management and core team. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including technological collaboration, overseas project cooperation, energy trading, and long-term group-level strategic partnership, reaching important preliminary consensus on strategic cooperation.

During the symposium, both parties introduced their respective corporate development histories, core business layouts, and future strategic directions. In-depth discussions were carried out around four key areas:

  1. Technological Collaboration: Exploring the localization and application of Technobell’s advanced chemical technologies based on Bohai Chemical’s industrial foundation.
  2. Overseas Project Cooperation: Discussing cooperation models such as tolling processing and operations management in light of Technobell’s planned maleic anhydride project in Vietnam.
  3. Energy Trading Synergy: Exploring supply chain complementarity and overseas market channel sharing around the trade of energy products such as LPG.
  4. Group-Level Strategic Cooperation: From a long-term development perspective, planning a multi-dimensional, deep-level industrial collaboration framework.

After thorough exchanges, the two parties reached a preliminary strategic cooperation intent. They agreed to start with the signing of a non-disclosure agreement and, in the future, carry out all-round cooperation in project development, technological collaboration, supply chain complementarity, and overseas sales, jointly expanding market space in the chemical industry both in China and abroad.

The meeting was attended by Paul Fara, Project Director for Vietnam at Technobell; Lou Ruibiao, Chairman of Technobell (Beijing) New Material Technology Service Co., Ltd., along with the CEO, senior advisor, operations director, technical director, and development strategy director; as well as Guo Zijing, Party Secretary and Chairman of Tianjin Bohai Chemical Co., Ltd., and key heads from Bohai Chemical Group and Bohua Engineering Company.
