On May 8, 2026, On May 10, 2026, Lou Ruibiao, Chairman of Technobell (Beijing) New Material Technology Service Co., Ltd., accompanied Luka Dolenc, CEO of Technobell d.o.o. from Slovenia, on a visit to the headquarters of Sinochem International in Shanghai. A high-level business symposium was held at Sinochem International’s international conference hall, where the two parties formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking the beginning of a new phase of in-depth cooperation featuring technological collaboration, project implementation, and joint overseas market development.

During the symposium, Technobell first provided a detailed introduction to its core technology system, engineering service capabilities, and global business layout. Subsequently, Sinochem International presented its industrial structure, upstream-downstream advantages, and future development plans. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on several core topics: first, leveraging Technobell’s established international sales channels to explore joint overseas sales cooperation for Sinochem International’s chemical products; second, based on complementary industrial chain advantages, discussing long-term collaboration directions in technology empowerment and industrial synergy; third, exploring localized application and project implementation of Technobell’s advanced chemical technologies at Sinochem’s Lianyungang base and Jiangsu Ruiheng industrial chain; and fourth, discussing joint investment cooperation models for overseas projects in light of Technobell’s maleic anhydride project in Vietnam.

After reaching broad consensus during the talks, the two parties formally signed the strategic cooperation agreement, signifying the establishment of a long-term, stable, mutually beneficial, and win-win strategic partnership between Technobell and Sinochem International. This high-level exchange and the signing of the strategic agreement represent an important milestone in integrating the technology, industrial resources, channels, and overseas assets of both parties. Moving forward, the two sides will rely on this agreement to accelerate project coordination, technology transfer, and overseas market expansion, leveraging their respective industry strengths to build a cross-border cooperation ecosystem for the chemical industry and promote high-quality international development in the sector.

The Technobell delegation included Paul Fara, Project Director for Vietnam at Technobell, Lou Ruibiao (Chairman of Technobell (Beijing) New Material Technology Service Co., Ltd.), as well as the CEO, senior advisor, operations director, technical director, and development strategy director. The Sinochem International delegation was led by Pang Xiaolin, President of the Chemical Business Unit, with the participation of the Assistant President, heads of the Science & Technology Innovation Center, Sinochem Plastics, Strategic Development Department, Operations Management Department, and other key divisions.
