Edward Lou, Chairman of Beijing Easybest Group and Technobell (Beijing) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., made a speech at the conference entiled “China-Slovenia” Integrated Green New Materials Empowerment Platform Project. Leveraging the leading patented technologies of Technobell, a flagship chemical enterprise in Slovenia, the project builds a petrochemical green transformation empowerment ecosystem based on the framework of “international leading technology + local industrial capital + full industrial chain supporting services”. The shareholder consortium consists of Slovenia-based Technobell, Beijing Easybest Group, Xiangda Hainan Investment and Hainan Samite Investment. The company owns three globally advanced complete process packages for maleic anhydride, unsaturated polyester resin and fiberglass-reinforced pipelines, and holds a number of international invention patents. Its core dual-zone reactor technology can extend the service life of catalysts to 6 years, and the supporting carbon capture system can achieve an emission reduction of over 30%, which highly matches the low-carbon upgrading demands of China’s chemical industry.

Adopting the dual-drive model of “industry development + capital operation” and Edward Lou’s decades of accumulated resources in overseas Chinese communities, the company has built stable relationship with oil and gas raw material supply channels in Russia, Venezuela and other countries, and built a cross-border sales network covering Europe and Asia. The projects have multiple landing modes, including: dedicated industrial funds, equity cooperation and technology revenue sharing, and provides full-chain services covering EPC turnkey plant delivery, listing counseling and overseas industrial park supporting facilities. At present, benchmark chemical facilities equipped with this technology have been successfully put into operation in Hungary, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia and other countries. The company can provide targeted services for chemical enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to complete process upgrading, capacity expansion and green transformation, and establish industry-university-research laboratories in collaboration with universities. Hence effectively supporting the global expansion of China’s fine chemical and new material industrial technologies, as well as building a model for China-Slovenia chemical industry cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
